THE PROCESS

Here is a quick visual and descriptive way of showing you the process that we go through in order to help you receive the right product at the right cost at the right time:

1: Initial contact – You can contact us via this website, by phone or by e mail to discuss your requirements or alternatively we can arrange a convenient time to meet with you either at your business or at our Wallsend office

2: Brief – You provide us with a brief, this details the specification of the project you would like us to quote you on so we can ensure we return a quote to you as quickly and accurately as possible.

3: Quote – We will provide you with a quote for your project based upon the brief you have given us. This will usually be via e mail as a pdf document. You will need to confirm to us that the quote is to your satisfaction prior to us starting the design/print of your project.

4: Design – The creative part of the process where we will produce you the artwork for your project based upon the design brief you have given us.

5: Proofing/Amends – We will supply you with either a digital proof, sent via e mail, or a hard copy of the artwork in order for you to check prior to going to print/or supply of press ready artwork. If at this stage there are any amends you require to the artwork we will do these also at your request.

6: Confirmation – Once you are happy with the design/artwork you will need to confirm to us that your project can go to print or that you are happy for us to supply you with the artwork in the format agreed.

7: Delivery date – We will confirm with you the expected delivery date for your project. Please note that only occasionally these dates may alter due to unforeseen circumstances.

8: Print – Your job will be sent to press.

9: Delivery – Your job will be delivered to you at the agreed address, you will need to sign a delivery note to confirm you have received your job.
